Shipping

• Packages are usually dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment. You will receive an email from us to confirm that your order has shipped, and it will include a tracking number (selected services only)

• Domestic pedal orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited or in some cases Xpresspost for a flat fee of $9.95

• Domestic orders containing larger items such as pedalboards ship for a flat fee of $14.95

• For customers in the USA orders are shipped via Canada Post Small Packets USA Air or Expedited Ground for a flat fee of $12.95

• Larger items bound for the USA ship for a flat fee of 17.95

• Customers outside of Canada/USA please email us for a shipping quote before ordering.

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
