Return Policy

• GearAlley is pleased to offer a 10 day no-hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us in it's original packaging within 7 business days (10 calendar days) for a full refund. Customers will be responsible for return shipping.

• Please note that if the item(s) is not returned in its original packaging, a 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty

• If a product arrives DOA (dead on arrival) the customer will have 14 calendar days to return it. GearAlley.com will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement item. 

• If we cannot replace the product within a reasonable amount of time, a full refund will be issued.

 *Please note that all signal processors will be tested prior to shipping.

• GearAlley will gladly accept warranty returns for the following products: Artec, Mars, Core X2, Bullet Cable, Electro-Faustus, Properboy, and Power Wire.

• Please contact us for a Return Authorization number before returning the item to us as it will be required for return acceptance.
